Aspects of Corrosion – 17th October 2012

Continuing West Riding OCCA’s popular series of Forums showing developments in the Surface Coatings industry. The keynote speakers will offer background information on the subject. The lectures will provide points towards Continuous Professional Development (CPD) for Professional Membership: Licentiate (LTSC); Associate (ATSC); and Fellow (FTSC).

Aspects of Corrosion is an interesting and diverse lecture Forum around the central topic of Corrosion of Steel.

The programme starts with a keynote lecture from the R&D of Global Steel Producer, Tata Steel, then a presentation beginning with “The Real Basics of Corrosion” followed by case studies on the protection of steel structures from a Past President of ICorr, and OCCA.

Wednesday 17th October 2012, starting 1.30pm – 6.00pm, followed by buffet.
