The Manchester Section of the Oil & Colour Chemists Association will hold their 13th Annual half day seminar on Monday 4th March 2013 at a suitable lecture theatre on the Salford University complex, the exact one still to be finalised. This year the event will start with registration and a buffet lunch at 12.00, kindly sponsored by Kronos, with the presentations commencing at 1.00 pm and finishing around 4.30 pm.
Given that last year our 6 papers were all given by presenters flying in from all around Europe we decided that this year we would invite some well-established British companies which are an integral part of the Coatings Industry to showcase some of their latest technologies. We have gathered together an impressive array of speakers that will be of interest to those involved with inks, the more traditional decorative coatings and the more specialised epoxy floorings. The presentations should be of interest not only to all technical staff throughout the Industry but also those involved in technical services as well as production / engineering and sales and Marketing.
More details regarding the presentations will follow in the new year but we are pleased to confirm that the following companies have agreed to participate:
- Member of OCCA: £35.00
- Retired Member of OCCA: FOC
- Student Member of OCCA: £20.00
- Non-member: £135.00 (the non-member fee includes complimentary membership of OCCA to the end of 2013).
- The Registration fee includes buffet lunch.
This is an educational event organised by OCCA and is exempt from VAT.
Attendance at this event provides attendees with four hours of CPD activity. Attendance certificates will be provided to all attendees.
